ANATIONZ, is a popular brand known in the Sri Lankan local market for its finest Linen products for Men's since 2009, the brand value has been increasing with the creativity of styles, colours and the variety of products offered for Men's to suit many occasions. All garments are manufactured within Grace Lanka Apparels (Pvt) Ltd. situated in Noel Mendis Mawatha, Modarawila Industrial Zone, Panadura and is comprehensively managed by our own professional teams.
ADMIN OFFICER
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized individual to fill the role of Admin Officer at our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of both office and factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations such as security, cleaning, and other general administrative functions to ensure smooth office and factory functioning
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses including Trade, Environment, Boiler, and others as required
- Liaise and coordinate with public bodies such as the Municipal Council and other government agencies
- Attend to staff welfare matters, including sanitary and hygiene needs and other factory-related requirements
- Coordinate with external service providers for staff transport arrangements
- Organize company events, meetings, and staff gatherings
- Maintain administrative records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on operational matters
- Prepare reports and assist in regulatory and compliance-related tasks
Required Qualifications:
- A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
