Vacancy – Production Executive
Join a growing Organic Food Processing Company based in Urapola-Kirindiwela
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Production Executive to join our dynamic team. Our facility specializes in organic food processing, including dehydration and canning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily factory operations
- Achieve the assigned production targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintain stock records and manage inventory
- Perform data entry and prepare production reports
- Coordinate with the quality assurance team and support certification processes (ISO 22000, Organic, BRC)
- Handle labor and ensure smooth workflow
- Support operational improvements and production targets
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma or 1–2 years of experience in food manufacturing, factory operations, or quality assurance
- Knowledge in organic food production and related certifications is an advantage
- Computer literate, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willing to work extended hours and weekends when required
- Able to travel to Colombo and Embilipitiya
- Valid driving license is essential
- Candidates residing near Urapola-Kirindiwela will be given preference
Salary:
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
