A leading hospitality brand in Colombo is expanding its dynamic team! We are currently hiring passionate and experienced professionals for the following positions:
1. Resident Manager - For a 22 Rooms luxury Boutique Hotel in Polhena, Matara
- Proven experience in hotel operations and team leadership
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role
2. Executive Chef - To be Based in Polhena, Matara
- Creative and passionate culinary expert with leadership qualities
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Ability to design and implement diverse menus
- Experience in managing kitchen operations and team performance
3. Senior Sales & Marketing Executive - To Promote Hotels and a Restaurant
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales & marketing
- Strong portfolio and connections with local travel agents
- Proven track record in driving bookings and revenue growth
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
4. Chef de Partie (CDP) - To be based in Colombo
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to handle specific sections of the kitchen independently
- Team player with attention to detail
- Familiarity with international and Sri Lankan cuisines preferred
5. Receptionist - To be based in Colombo
- Pleasant personality with excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
- Prior experience in front office/reception preferred
- Willing to work shifts
