THE GOLDEN CROWN consists of 165 Rooms and Suites and most elegant and modern banquet halls which can comfortably accommodate 2000 guests.

VACANCY:

We are looking for a results-driven and confident individual for the following position;

CHIEF STEWARD

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Responsible for enforcing the highest possible cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food processing facilities, as well as the operating equipment.
  • Supervise the duties of all stewarding department employees, facilities, operations, and costs.
  • Supervise sanitation, cleanliness, hygiene, as well as the quality level of products and services.
  • Ensure water temperature and chemical levels are appropriate for cleaning and are documented.
  • Co-ordinate with the Executive Chef, Food & Beverage, and Outlet Managers to check their requirements for the day and the next day.
  • Take all necessary actions to reduce the loss of silverware/flatware and reduce breakage of China and Classware.
  • Ensures disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to Standard Operating Procedures.

EXPERIENCE:

  • A proven track record in a similar role within a hospitality environment with minimum 03 years’ experience.
  • Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed.
  • Clear thinker with good communication abilities.
  • You will work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
