SENIOR EXECUTIVE – FINANCIAL REPORTING & INSURANCE OPERATIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidated financials
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
- Deliver reports and analysis for auditors, regulators, and senior leadership
- Provide variance commentary and insights to guide decisions
- Manage financials for life, medical, and general insurance policies
- Liaise with brokers, insurers, and departments for data accuracy
- Maintain insurance schedules and monitor claim trends
- Track insurance-related financial allocations to optimize costs
- Ensure adherence to IFRS, SLFRS, tax laws, and internal controls
- Support interim/year-end audits with required documentation
- Enhance internal financial processes and governance frameworks
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Partly or fully qualified in CA, ACCA, or CIMA
- 3–5 years’ experience in financial reporting & consolidation
- Exposure to insurance operations is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel; consolidation tools is a plus
- Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
