CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT / EXECUTIVE
EMERALD ISLE IS ACTIVELY SEEKING DYNAMIC INDIVIDUALS TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT / EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities:
- SERVE AS THE PRIMARY POINT OF CONTACT FOR CUSTOMER QUERIES AND COMPLAINTS.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE SATISFACTION.
- PROACTIVELY ADDRESS CUSTOMER NEEDS AND OFFER SOLUTIONS.
- COLLABORATE WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO IMPROVE PROCESSES AND SERVICES.
- GATHER AND ANALYZE CUSTOMER FEEDBACK TO DRIVE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT.
What We’re Looking For:
- GOOD COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
- A CUSTOMER FIRST MINDSET WITH PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITIES.
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE OR A RELATED ROLE IS A PLUS / FRESHERS ARE ALSO WELCOME.
- CANDIDATES FROM CLOSE PROXIMITY TO MOUNT LAVINIA WILL BE GIVEN PRIORITY.
- CANDIDATES WITH TAMIL LANGUAGE SKILLS ARE PREFERRED.
