MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES
Regal Image International is a BOI registered embellishment services Provider with manufacturing locations in Sri Lanka. We provide innovative printing & embellishment solutions to key Apparel Manufacturers in Sri Lanka and Overseas, catering to top European & US brands. We seek a professionally qualified, dynamic, results-oriented individual with a proven track record for the Manager Human Resources position to partner in our business expansion drive in Sri Lanka.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the complete employee experience and continue developing high-performing teams
- Responsible for strategic planning of the Plant human resources & Administration for around 500 employees in the Plant
- Responsible for driving & providing leadership for factory Managers, Staff & HR Teams
- Leads performance and recruitment strategies to drive employee engagement & retention
- Maintaining global legal/compliance and sustainability practices
- Track KPIs and prepare employees for assignments by organizing and conducting orientation, training, and upskilling programs
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A degree or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized university / professional body
- Previous work experience in the apparel-related manufacturing industry, such as in embellishment, printing, or garment production, would be an added advantage
- Minimum of 10 years of Work experience with at least 5 years management experience in managing similar business ventures
- Proficiency in MS Office, Familiarity with handling HRIS Systems is a plus
- Expert in conflict resolution, discipline, and investigations; reliable and deadline-driven
