Assistant Area Sales Manager

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management/ Business Management/ Fully qualified with in SLIM or CIM qualification will be preferred.
  • More than 5 years of proven experience in the similar capacity.
  • A successful track record with accomplished in FMCG industry will be a definite advantage.
  • Self-driven, result oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality business ethics.
  • Strong computer literacy & good command of English and Sinhala (proficiency in Tamil language in Tamil will be an added advantage)
  • Strong leadership & managerial skills to train, develop and manage dynamic sales force.
  • Good interpersonal & relationship building skills
  • Age below 45 years.

Area Sales Executive

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management/ Business Management/ Fully Qualified with in SLIM or CIM qualification will be preferred.
  • More than 2 years of proven experience in the similar capacity.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to work in a dynamic, field-based environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to take on challenges.
  • Possession of a valid driving license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Tamil will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Assistant Area Sales Manager

  • Develop plans and strategies to execute sales operations to meet company targets.
  • Achieving KPIs through the effective execution of route-to-market strategies in the given region.
  • Responsible to drive the team to achieve assigned area target whilst maintaining excellent relationship with including all stakeholders.
  • Analyze & prepared required consolidated reports for management.
  • A strong staff management responsibility to enhance sales performance while motivating and leading the team.

Area Sales Executive

  • Support regional sales operations by assisting field teams and engaging with customers and retailers.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving market coverage.
  • Engage with customer relationship management and territory development.
