HORECA EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify market potential in order to establish new and ongoing “HoReCa” outlets, achieve sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
- Undertake initiatives for development of segments with thorough market survey, competition analysis and market penetration.
- Tracking sales to monitor the performance of the product and suggest special offers and discounts.
- Maintaining cordial relationships with all stakeholders to uphold our reputation and to promote our endeavors.
- Manage overall turnover and profitability of the channel.
- Ensure the listing of product and conduct promotional campaign successfully.
- Oversees the process of order taking, delivery, collection and consumer care.
- Check the product availability of “HoReCa” outlets and calculate the off-take.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR ABOVE POSITIONS
- Experience in direct sales, Presselling, distributor supervision and beverage industry will be an added advantage.
- Age below 35 years.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Possess valid motor bike riding license.
