What we are looking for:

We believe that talent comes in many forms. Whether you’ve built your career in FMCG sales or are just starting out, what truly matters to us is your passion, commitment, and drive to excel. If you have at least one year of experience in sales within the FMCG sector - particularly with hotels, restaurants, or cafés - that’s an advantage. More importantly, we’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a positive attitude and desire to make an impact.
  • Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Thinks creatively and strategically to achieve results.
  • Is self-motivated, proactive, and resilient in the face of challenges.
  • Holds a valid driver’s license and is willing to travel.

What you’ll do:

  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with HORECA clients, becoming their trusted beverage partner.
  • Drive sales through innovative strategies, hands-on engagement, and consistent follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance CBC’s brand visibility within the hospitality sector.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and report directly to senior management.
