KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet the corporate sales and collection targets of the company through effective planning and budgeting
  • Implement of Sales Policy, Strategy, and Expansion
  • Leading, Empowering and Motivated team members to perform at optimum levels
  • Provide management with updates on market and business development opportunities
  • Regularly define and share business KPIs and targets with the team
  • Analyze patterns in corporate consumer and market behavior
  • Develop data-driven strategies to optimize commercial performance

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Degree or relevant qualification related to sales & marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales with 2-3 years in a managerial capacity
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills
  • Thorough understanding of the company’s products and services
