KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet the corporate sales and collection targets of the company through effective planning and budgeting
- Implement of Sales Policy, Strategy, and Expansion
- Leading, Empowering and Motivated team members to perform at optimum levels
- Provide management with updates on market and business development opportunities
- Regularly define and share business KPIs and targets with the team
- Analyze patterns in corporate consumer and market behavior
- Develop data-driven strategies to optimize commercial performance
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree or relevant qualification related to sales & marketing
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales with 2-3 years in a managerial capacity
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills
- Thorough understanding of the company’s products and services
