Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling customer inquiries for new sales.
  • Obtaining customer feedbacks after the services.
  • Prepare monthly reports which connect to Marketing / Operations.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualification up to A/L.
  • Any professional qualification in related field will be an added advantage.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • At least 1 year's experience in customer care or coordination will be a definite advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English language with computer literacy.
  • Previous work experience in a Real Estate Company will be an added advantage.
