Marketing Manager – Chemicals Division

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for industrial and specialty chemicals.
- Manage product positioning, technical promotion, and customer education programs.
- Conduct market analysis on chemical applications, industry trends, and competitor movements.
- Coordinate closely with technical teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Strengthen B2B relationships with manufacturers, labs, and industrial clients.
- Oversee marketing budget, performance metrics, and lead generation initiatives.
Qualifications Required
- Age: 35–45 years
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Chemistry, or related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing; prior work in chemical or industrial sectors is essential.
Skills
- Solid knowledge of chemical industry products and safety/regulatory standards.
- Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an asset).
- Ability to manage technical marketing, product launches, and business development.
- Competence in data analysis and digital outreach.
