RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparations of financial statements and management reports.
  • Implementing and monitoring operational processes/controls related to finance.
  • Prepare reports and submissions to relevant government entities.
  • Bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations.
  • Journal voucher preparation and posting.
  • Annual Budgeting and Variance Analysis Exercises.
  • Handle supplier management and ensure timely and accurate bill payments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A Graduate or partly qualified in CIMA, ACCA or Charted Accountancy.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Proven Experience as an accountant (restaurant or hospitality industry preferred) Age between 25 to 40.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of payroll, taxes, and restaurant-specific financials is a plus.
  • Ability to meet deadlines is essential.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
