Attorney-at-law and a Notary Public who has a Notary License to attest instruments in the judicial zone of Colombo
2-3 years experience in Land registry related work, conducting searches, preparation of title reports, drafting Deeds
Ability to work independently and handle a diverse caseload with minimal supervision
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (both written and verbal), with the ability to interact with clients and third parties professionally
