Our client is one of Sri Lanka's largest and most diversified conglomerates, with a strong presence across multiple sectors that are vital to the country's economic fabric. As the Group embarks on a new phase of growth and innovation, it is seeking dynamic, results-oriented professionals to lead select subsidiary companies as Chief Executive Officers.
THE ROLE
The selected candidates will be entrusted with steering the company toward sustained growth and operational excellence. The incumbents will be expected to:
- Drive performance and profitability across business functions.
- Formulate and execute forward-looking strategies aligned with market realities.
- Inspire and lead multi-disciplinary teams with confidence and clarity.
- Build strategic relationships and lead high-level negotiations.
- Leverage technology and innovation to gain competitive advantage.
- Demonstrate financial and commercial acumen in decision-making.
The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker and natural leader, with the ambition to make a meaningful impact within a reputed Group.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
- A professional qualification in Marketing or Finance.
- An MBA is preferred.
- Possess at least 5–7 years of Senior Executive experience or proven success in managing large profit centers.
- A track record of delivering measurable results and leading diverse teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of integrity and adaptability.
- Ideal age limit would be 35–45 years.
