Embellishment Designer
Location – Ingiriya
We are looking for a dedicated and committed individual who is willing to take the challenge. The ideal candidate should possess the following.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Merchandising Department throughout the entire development process.
- Identify customer requirements and create designs tailored to individual styles.
- Ensure design accuracy and manage the approval process from initial concept to final product.
- Maintain organized design files, including buyer-specific development requirements.
- Monitor the sample embroidery process to ensure quality and consistency.
Individual Profile
- Age below 35 years.
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in apparel/garment sector.
- Proven experience in embellishment design or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of design principles, embroidery techniques, and garment development.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to work under tight timelines.
- Proficient in relevant design software will be an added advantage.
