Human Resources Executive
The ideal candidates should have
- BSc/MSc in Human Resource Management or Business Management or any other professional qualification in HRM (PQHRM/CQHRM).
- Minimum of 03 – 05 years of experience in the same setting and experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling performance management, proficiency in working with HRIS, databases and office software.
- Sound knowledge in labour laws and HR best practices and should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Age between 25 to 35 years.
Human Resources Assistant
The ideal candidates should have
- Should have a Degree or professional qualification in HRM from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 01 year experience in the same setting with Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
- A dynamic personality who is eager to take on challenges.
- Possess high level of commitment and adaptability with good IT skill and communication skills.
- Age between 20 to 30 years.
