EVENT SALES
We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Event Sales to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams. In this role, you will lead the Events Sales function by driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and delivering innovative and bespoke event solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Cinnamon Life as the premier destination for high-profile events in Colombo, working collaboratively with key stakeholders to exceed guest expectations and set new benchmarks in event excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive event sales growth through strategic planning and new business development
- Build and manage relationships with high-profile clients and event planners
- Oversee the creation and delivery of bespoke event proposals
- Collaborate with Banquets, Culinary, and Operations teams to ensure flawless execution
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Lead and mentor the Event Sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs
