ASSISTANT MANAGER – HR BUSINESS PARTNERING

The selected candidate will be responsible for aligning business objectives with the people strategy and is expected to act as a conduit between the HR expert center and the business line to address people challenges—particularly those related to talent, performance, and change. S/he will provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, manpower planning, and succession planning.

The ideal candidate will also manage and resolve employee relations issues, analyze, develop, and implement solutions, programs, and policies.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, an equivalent qualification, or an MBA in HR
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR Business partnering
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and compliance
  • Exceptional communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
