JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly Sales Executive to provide excellent service and support in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers with their needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Addressing customer inquiries and providing information about products or services
- Assisting with selling products and services
- Staying updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information
- Meeting performance targets given by management
- Working with other team members and departments to improve customer service processes and outcomes
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations.
QUALIFICATION
- Ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions
- Skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Can identify new business opportunities
- Has good sales and convincing skills
- Have experience in retail sales (will be an added advantage)
- Excellent Communication Skills in Sinhala and English
