Peon
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely delivery of invoices.
- Manage and organize paperwork.
- Perform basic errands such as delivering documents within the office or to external parties.
- Support general clerical duties.
Ideal Candidates Should Possess:
- Having a valid motorcycle driving license is mandatory.
- Having a motor car license is an advantage.
- Minimum qualification - GCE AL.
- School leavers are encouraged to apply.
- A male candidate is preferred.
- Having your own motor bicycle is an advantage.
CHB Documentation Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and efficient data entry.
- Prepare and process customs documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and customs officials to ensure timely clearance of goods.
- Liaise with internal teams and external parties.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries.
Ideal Candidates Should Possess:
- Minimum qualification - GCE AL.
- Should know computer literacy (MS Office).
- Preferred young energetic individuals.
- Trainee or with minimum experience.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
