Senior Executive - Credit (Tamil Speaking)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven individual to strengthen our Credit Administration team. If you’re fluent in Tamil and passionate about credit analysis and responsible lending, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
This role involves evaluating and recommending a wide range of credit facilities, preparing detailed proposals for committee and board approval, and managing leasing approvals within set authority limits. You'll also handle credit reporting, customer and site visits, follow-up on repayments, and coordinate with valuers, lawyers, and financial institutions. Maintaining portfolio quality and ensuring effective credit risk practices will be key to your success. The position also includes contributing to staff training and system improvements.
What You’ll Need:
- Fluency in Tamil is essential
- 3–5 years of experience in a financial institution, including at least 3 years in a similar role
- A degree in a relevant field and/or professional qualification (IBSL, CICM, IRM, ACCA)
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Familiarity with computerized credit systems is an added advantage
