CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Strengthen and expand the Shell Lubricants footprint in Sri Lanka through effective channel and market development.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships with Shell global principals, regulatory bodies, and business partners.
- Inspire, develop, and lead a high-caliber team aligned with the company’s vision and values.
- Ensure strict compliance with group governance, safety, and sustainability standards.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the lubricant industry; prior C-level or senior leadership experience in the sector is essential.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of lubricant market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, change, and sustained business performance.
- A collaborative and inspirational leadership style with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
