Business Manager
Prima Ceylon Machinery (Private) Limited
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Lead business expansion and market development initiatives.
- Build and manage relationships with various stakeholders, including public sector clients.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and new product launches.
- Handle forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
- Follow up on leads, prospects, and customer inquiries.
Requirements :
- 3–5 years’ experience in technical machinery sales and business management.
- Diploma, degree, or postgraduate qualification in Sales Management or a related field.
- Extensive experience in the development and management of after-sales and technical support functions.
- Experience in handling public sector customers and sales is a plus.
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and managing business units.
- Proven sales track record, especially in machinery or technical products.
- Proficiency in Sinhala and English; Tamil language skills are an added advantage.
