RECOVERY OFFICER/EXECUTIVE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Recovery Officer / Executive. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage recovery operations efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in debt recovery, collections, and familiarity with police procedures.
- Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L examination.
- Relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Valid riding licence is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively follow up and recover all outstanding dues in a timely and effective manner.
- Negotiate and seek settlements for overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of recovery activities and payment arrangements.
- Liaise with the police and relevant authorities as required in recovery processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines in all recovery operations.
