We are a UK-based telecommunication company, and this role requires you to work from our office at 136/2, Mahabodhi Mawatha, Kadawatha. Job Details:
- Position: Customer Service Executive (Full-Time)
- Work Location: Office-based role at 136/2, Mahabodhi Mawatha, Kadawatha
- Work Days: 5.5 days per week or Shift base
- Salary: Negotiable - based on experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Age: 18 - 40 years
- Experience in a client-facing role (customer service or sales experience is mandatory)
- Excellent phone manners (professional, polite, and friendly)
- Organized, methodical, and responsible work ethic
- Ability to solve problems and think quickly on your feet
