Digital Marketing Executive
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, etc., to increase company and brand awareness
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional materials, emails, and organize their distribution through various channels
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.)
- Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Banquet Sales Executive
- Provide compelling communication to potential guests about the brand, facilities and menus
- Manage activities of banquet services in specific areas of MICE or Weddings and improve productivity, quality service and guest satisfaction
- Oversee event execution through entrée service whenever possible to ensure
- proper timing and complete guest satisfaction
- Manage day-to-day banquet sales activities
- Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate menus and services that meet their requirement
Kitchen
- CDP/DCDP - Cold Kitchen
- CDP/DCDP - Butchery
PREREQUISITE
- Possess a degree/diploma/professional qualification from recognized professional institution
- Exceptional Analytical skills, interpersonal skills and team management skills
- A warm personality & positive work attitude
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- Experience in the Hospitality industry would be an added advantage
- Excellent command in English language both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Age below 35 years
