Unifeeder Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with customers for bookings, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless booking process.
  • Liaising with partners to secure space allocations and manage operational requirements.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners to enhance service quality and satisfaction.
  • Resolving customer concerns promptly and effectively.

Key Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of the shipping industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate independently.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in IT.
  • Strong team player.
