PLANT MANAGER
Location: Dambulla
Plant Manager is a senior managerial position responsible for overseeing total operation of the plant. He should be capable of maintaining the smooth functioning of oil extraction & refinery, utilities and support services independently. Plant Manager is expected to achieve operational targets while ensuring plant and labour efficiencies and fulfilling statutory compliances.
The ideal candidate should possess a Degree or equivalent qualification in the engineering field with extensive experience in manufacturing, plant operations and general management at managerial level in a similar organization. There is no target age limit for this position but the physical fitness to work under pressure and extreme conditions will be an important prerequisite.
Candidates with lesser academic qualification having hands on experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Plant Manager.
