ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR
LexDuco (Pvt) Ltd, the leading house builder in Sri Lanka, looking for the suitable candidate for the above mentioned vacant position based in the head office in Kalubowila.
- NCT (QS), HNDE or Equivalent Qualification obtained from a recognized institution.
- Ability to work independent under Pressure.
- Fluent in English writing and speaking.
- Knowledge about working Drawings.
- Sound knowledge in AutoCAD is a must.
- Sound skills in Microsoft Office packages is a must.
- Capability of work as a Team Member.
- Ability to work extended work hours and achieve daily targets.
- Minimum 1 Year experience as a Site Quantity Surveyor is preferred.
Candidates around the COLOMBO AREA would be preferred.
Job Functions
The Job Functions will include, but not limit to the following responsibilities:
- Taking off Measurements.
- Preparing Bill of Quantities.
- Preparing of Rate breakdowns.
- Preparation of interim Payments.
- Documentation and handling emails.
