The Job Functions
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable, receivable, and general entries.
- Prepare necessary financial statements and reports, offering insights to management.
- Manage timely payment of taxes and other statutory obligations.
- Coordinate internal & external audits to comply with financial regulations.
- Manage payroll for timely and accurate employee compensation.
- Handle other day-to-day finance and accounts tasks.
The Person
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Full/Part qualifications in AAT/ICLSL/ACCA/CIMA.
- Knowledge & experience in accounting packages such as XERO, Quickbooks, ERP & POS systems.
- Excellent business administration, communication skills, and computer literacy.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience in a production, retailing or manufacturing company.
