The Job Functions

  • Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable, receivable, and general entries.
  • Prepare necessary financial statements and reports, offering insights to management.
  • Manage timely payment of taxes and other statutory obligations.
  • Coordinate internal & external audits to comply with financial regulations.
  • Manage payroll for timely and accurate employee compensation.
  • Handle other day-to-day finance and accounts tasks.

The Person

  • Minimum 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Full/Part qualifications in AAT/ICLSL/ACCA/CIMA.
  • Knowledge & experience in accounting packages such as XERO, Quickbooks, ERP & POS systems.
  • Excellent business administration, communication skills, and computer literacy.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience in a production, retailing or manufacturing company.
