Candidate Profile

  • Age: Preferred between 27 to 30 years
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a call center or as a Call Center Associate
  • Previous experience in banking culture will be a definite advantage
  • Willing to work day and night shifts (rotational)
  • Strong team management and coordination skills
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and decision-making ability
