Position:
Assistant Mechanical Engineer
We are looking for a skilled and energetic individual to join our Engineering Division. The selected candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, machinery reliability, and supporting the manufacturing team to ensure continuous production with technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Oversee maintenance activities of plant machinery and ensure reliability.
- Respond to urgencies and emergencies promptly.
- Conduct machine risk assessments and comply with safety protocols.
- Analyze manufacturing flaws for efficiency, cost reduction, and output improvement.
- Schedule and carry out periodic maintenance on machinery.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team for technical training and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, NDT, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a reputed organization.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage pressure and work independently.
- A pleasing personality with team management skills.
- Age below 35 years.
