OFFICE ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit banks and external institutions on a regular basis or as directed.
- Deliver invoices, letters, and other documents, and collect cheques.
- Support procurement functions by visiting suppliers and third-party service providers.
- Submit or collect documents from external parties on behalf of staff.
- Assist departments with administrative tasks as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Successfully completed G.C.E. Ordinary Level
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
- Basic proficiency in English
- Must possess a valid riding license
- Owning a motorcycle is mandatory
- Good interpersonal and time management skills
- (Petrol and motorcycle maintenance allowance will be provided)
