Multiple Kitchen Vacancies
Kathaluwa, Ahangama.
We are expanding our kitchen brigade and are on the lookout for talented, passionate individuals to fill the following positions:
1. Demi Chef de Parties (Hot & Cold Stations)
Requirements:
- Culinary diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership in fast-paced kitchen environments
- Excellent HACCP knowledge
- Great communication skills and flexibility to work shifts/weekends/events
2. Commi I (Senior Cook)
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role
- Culinary certificate preferred
- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with station equipment
3. Commi II (Semi Senior Cook)
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role
- Culinary certificate preferred
- Good understanding of food safety standards
- Proficient in knife handling and kitchen equipment
4. Commi III (Entry Level Cook)
Requirements:
- No prior experience required (basic kitchen knowledge is an advantage)
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Understanding of basic food hygiene
- Positive attitude and willingness to follow kitchen protocols
