Multiple Kitchen Vacancies

Kathaluwa, Ahangama.

We are expanding our kitchen brigade and are on the lookout for talented, passionate individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Demi Chef de Parties (Hot & Cold Stations)

Requirements:
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong leadership in fast-paced kitchen environments
  • Excellent HACCP knowledge
  • Great communication skills and flexibility to work shifts/weekends/events

2. Commi I (Senior Cook)

Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Culinary certificate preferred
  • Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Excellent knife skills and familiarity with station equipment

3. Commi II (Semi Senior Cook)

Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Culinary certificate preferred
  • Good understanding of food safety standards
  • Proficient in knife handling and kitchen equipment

4. Commi III (Entry Level Cook)

Requirements:
  • No prior experience required (basic kitchen knowledge is an advantage)
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Understanding of basic food hygiene
  • Positive attitude and willingness to follow kitchen protocols
