Utilize the Lectra system for pattern creation, base size development, and grading.
Ensure all seam lengths align with final measurements across sewing areas.
Create finished boards to be used in bulk production.
Systematically update style comments in each version up to customer approval.
Communicate and negotiate with the UK team to resolve style-related issues.
Update comments and issue finalized patterns for bulk production.
Address day-to-day pattern issues in both the sample room and bulk production.
Prepare patterns, including numbers, special markings, embroidery, and component parts for orders.
Maintain and update the part number sheet in the Lectra system.

Diploma in Pattern making, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge and experience with the Lectra system.
Ability to manage and resolve pattern issues effectively.
Strong communication skills, especially in collaborating with international teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in pattern creation and updates.
