We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Executive – Distribution to efficiently manage our distribution and warehouse operations by joining our team in KSPA Packaging Pvt Ltd, a leader in the corrugated and polythene packaging industry. The ideal candidate will ensure timely deliveries, effective stock management, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders while upholding safety and compliance standards. Job Profile:
- Manage finished goods warehouse with proper stock visibility and accurate stock levels.
- Handle transport fleet operations to optimize delivery cost and efficiency.
- Supervise, coach, and train warehouse and distribution teams.
- Coordinate logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services with other departments.
- Monitor and ensure accurate ERP transactions for all inventory movements.
- Lead distribution operations for both Korean SPA Packaging and Korean SPA Printing Solutions.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and adherence to ISO standards and company policies.
- Oversee delivery planning, cost reduction initiatives, customer returns, storekeeper supervision, and customer-specific data reporting.
Person Profile:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in distribution and warehouse management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Good coordination, planning, and communication skills.
- A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Prior hands-on experience with ERP systems.
