ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor or Assistant QS with a specialization in Alternative Dispute Resolution to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in claim preparation, with a primary focus on Relief Sought documentation for high-profile construction disputes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare / checking main bills and sub contractors bills
- Prepare labour salaries
- Review risk analysis, BOQ and BOM
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- HND / NCT in QS with Two (02) years of building experience in a reputed major construction company in Sri Lanka.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
