ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses for company vehicles and machinery.
- Monitor office premises through CCTV surveillance.
- Procure office materials, including stationery and pantry supplies.
- Oversee janitorial and security service operations.
- Manage courier services and coordinate pest control activities.
- Maintaining stock levels and handling the distribution of stationery, office equipment, and workplace supplies.
- Coordinating the services and repairs of company vehicles.
Qualifications & Experience
- A good track record of secondary education.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience handling a similar role.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possession of a motorcycle and a valid motorbike license is mandatory.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.).
