PERFORMANCE MARKETING
QUALIFICATIONS
- Planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and more
- Managing budgets, bids, and performance KPIs with attention to detail
- Analyzing campaign results and using data to improve performance
- Collaborating with strategy, content, and design teams to align creative and media
- Presenting insights and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong understanding of ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- A performance mindset with solid analytical and reporting skills
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Adaptability, ownership, and a willingness to test, learn, and grow
