QUALIFICATIONS

  • Planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and more
  • Managing budgets, bids, and performance KPIs with attention to detail
  • Analyzing campaign results and using data to improve performance
  • Collaborating with strategy, content, and design teams to align creative and media
  • Presenting insights and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • A performance mindset with solid analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Adaptability, ownership, and a willingness to test, learn, and grow
