Ad Insertion Operator
Sri Lanka Telecom (Services) Limited, a fully-owned subsidiary of Sri Lanka Telecom PLC, operates the PEOTV and content business for the Group. PEOTV has been at the forefront of IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) services, introducing innovative and interactive television applications to Sri Lanka, since its inception.
We are seeking a self-driven and technically skilled individual to join our team as an Ad Insertion Operator.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare play-out content for ad insertions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for broadcasting
- Prepare all scheduled programming content for telecasting
- Diagnose video impairments and coordinate with the Media team for quick resolution
- Verify play-out of all events in multiple systems throughout daily schedules
- Maintain play-out system without any interruption for daily operations
The ideal candidate should:
- Possess a Certificate Level Qualification in Television, Multimedia, Computer Technology or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- Have a minimum of 1 year working experience in similar operations
- Be willing to perform roster duties including night shifts and 24x7 operations
* Knowledge in television advertising, with an understanding of HD and SD AV file specifications, will be an advantage.
