PATTERN MAKER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and develop patterns for new apparel designs based on sketches, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Modify and adjust patterns to ensure proper fit, balance, and functionality.
- Work closely with designers, sample makers, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and quality.
- Digitize patterns using CAD software for efficient production.
- Conduct sample fittings and make necessary adjustments for perfect fit and comfort.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience as a Pattern Maker in the apparel/fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric properties, and fitting techniques.
- Knowledge of grading and production processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in pattern-making software.
- Ability to interpret and execute design sketches and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
