Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Management / Supply Chain from an accredited university/professional institution or a Diploma in warehouse management
- Minimum 01 year work experience in handling functions of materials management in a manufacturing organization
Responsibilities & Skills
- Create GRNs within 48 hours of time
- Issue materials to the production floor on time when required
- Segregation of materials as running, deactivated & liability
- Maintain the accuracy of inventory in the ERP system
- Promote a positive working environment and handle employee issues appropriately and in a timely manner
- Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training employees and implementing employee performance evaluations
- Management of all warehouse operational issues, including warehouse housekeeping, warehouse administrative duties, physical inventory accuracy
- Should be a great team player with effective communication and leadership skills
- Should possess good knowledge of Excel management and familiarity with using ERP systems
- Should be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and must have multitasking skills to make sure the OTD
- Should be efficient in managing material storing and issuing
