The John Keells Group Transportation Sector comprises a portfolio of companies offering transport services, solutions, and infrastructure across land, air, and sea. Serving a wide range of industries including travel, leisure, supply chain management and maritime.

We are looking for a dependable and proactive Office Assistant to support day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Sector President and support general office operations.
  • Hand deliver documents to various external locations as required.
  • Assist other companies within the Transportation Sector with routine admin tasks.
  • Manage pantry operations and boardroom, serve refreshments for boardroom meetings.
  • Coordinate with the cleaning staff to ensure office cleanliness and upkeep.
  • Carry out any other administration-related duties assigned on a daily basis.

Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
  • Reliable, well-organized, and able to multitask.
  • Polite, well-groomed and committed to maintaining a professional office environment.
