SENIOR EXECUTIVE-PRODUCTION - GALAGEDARA
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career in Production management. The ideal candidate should be energetic, a team player with excellent communication, proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
- Overseeing the production process, based on given plans/targets.
- Working out the carder requirements and resources according to the plan on a regular basis.
- Making sure on time production with right quality.
- Improve production efficiency on a regular basis.
- Reducing production loss time.
- Maintaining MO Absenteeism below 4% (daily).
- Maintains MO turnover below 4% per month.
- Ensuring each sewing line achieves learning curves & STD hours.
- Achieving 100% order fulfillment & 100% on time delivery.
- Eliminating waste within the production process.
- Ensuring 6s within the production floor.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Candidate should pass GCE O/L and A/L.
- Diploma in Production Management or an equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in the apparel industry.
- Computer literacy - Knowledge in Microsoft office package.
- Presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read write and communicating English language.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
