Currently hiring experienced Application Support Engineers (Senior & Junior positions) for Australian Commercial clients.

In this role, you will handle inbound customer service focusing on call resolution.
Senior Application Support Engineer
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the customer support and solve customer technical issues.
- Identify cases that require escalation (either technically or strategically).
- 2+ years of experience with customer-facing technical support.
- Help Desk Functions.
- Schedule Software installation and Software testing.
Requirement
- Excellent Phone Software support Skills.
- Excellent Spoken and Written English.
- 2 years of experience in software support (English speaking Countries preferred).
- Extremely intelligent.
Junior Application Support Engineer
Responsibilities

- Education to end of high school.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in software support.
- Extremely intelligent.
