SENIOR ASSISTANT MANAGER – PAYROLL

JOB PROFILE

  • Completion of salary Process/ Bank Upload
  • Completion of EPF and ETF payments/Bank Upload
  • Submission of monthly payroll reports
  • Tax returns update
  • Provide details and handle the labor inquiries
  • B cards issues and keep registered B card tracker
  • Give support to External auditors regarding payroll verification
  • Third party payment arrange and release (Softlogic Finance/ HP/ Reimbursement allowance)
  • Gratuity payments arrangements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification in payroll management or HR (e.g., IPM, CIPP) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll software and systems; experience with hSenid Systems.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
