SENIOR ASSISTANT MANAGER – PAYROLL
JOB PROFILE
- Completion of salary Process/ Bank Upload
- Completion of EPF and ETF payments/Bank Upload
- Submission of monthly payroll reports
- Tax returns update
- Provide details and handle the labor inquiries
- B cards issues and keep registered B card tracker
- Give support to External auditors regarding payroll verification
- Third party payment arrange and release (Softlogic Finance/ HP/ Reimbursement allowance)
- Gratuity payments arrangements
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional qualification in payroll management or HR (e.g., IPM, CIPP) is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll software and systems; experience with hSenid Systems.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
