Job Profile

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented team of OTC Trade Specialists to drive sales performance in grocery outlets for our household OTC brands such as Morison’s Gripe Mixture, Lacto Calamine and Valmelix.

  • Narrate our uniqueness across groceries to uplift brand identity
  • Achieve sales targets across designated grocery outlets
  • Execute trade promotions with accuracy, including discounts, price-offs, and special schemes, to maximize sales uplift.
  • Reduce product damages and returns through proactive stock rotation and in-store training on product handling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with groceries and distributors to ensure ongoing business support.
  • Maintain product availability through regular stock replenishment and by ensuring a complete product range is on display.
  • Enhance product visibility with well-maintained, compliant, and visually appealing shelf and display arrangements.
  • Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor pricing, promotional tactics, and emerging customer preferences.
  • Follow an optimized and structured beat plan to ensure consistent and comprehensive coverage of all outlets.
  • Submit timely and accurate daily reports detailing sales performance, orders, collections, and competitor activity.
  • Oversee proper stock handling, delivery, and invoice documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies regarding pricing, discounts, and promotional strategies.
  • Act as the primary contact for addressing retailer queries and complaints, resolving issues promptly or escalating when required.

Applicant Profile

  • A minimum of two (2) passes in main subjects for G.C.E. A/Ls in any stream.
  • Professional qualifications in CIM or SLIM (fully or part completed) will be considered an added advantage.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A proactive team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
