Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture from a recognized university or institution.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or ArchiCAD.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and materials.
- Familiarity with 3D rendering tools like Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Site visit readiness and basic understanding of fieldwork expectations.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
